Paid probabilistic market, funding, wallet and risk intelligence over an append-only decision ledger. Honest refusals instead of fabricated numbers.

How payment works

• x402 — per-call USDC on Base. An unpaid request to a paid route returns 402 with a base64 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header; sign the EIP-3009 authorization and retry with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE.
• Credits — send x-tollbridge-payer: <your Base address> instead. Scout credits are debited per the price table; a refusal refunds the debit.
• POST /v1/billing/scout {payer} — one-time free Scout grant. GET /v1/billing/credits?payer= — balance.

The decision loop

• POST /v1/decisions — run any catalog signal (S01–S11) through the engine (paid). CHOICE questions return the full distribution; PROBABILITY questions return P + confidence.
• GET /v1/decisions/latest?question_id=S01_market_regime&asset=BTC — the latest decision for a question on an asset (free ledger read).
• GET /v1/decisions/:id · GET /v1/resolutions/:id — the record and its outcome (free). PROBABILITY claims resolve obtains | not | unresolvable; CHOICE claims resolve as realized with predicted_label, realized_label and match.
• GET /v1/calibration — reliability buckets, publication-gated (n below the floor stays unpublished — that is data, not an error).

Agent surface

• POST https://api.tollbridge.app/mcp — MCP (stateless Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC). tools/list returns the real tool catalog; paid tools take the x402 payload via the PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header or _meta['tollbridge.dev/x402-payment'].

Honesty rules

• A refusal is a judgment, never a number: refusals surface verbatim (out_of_scope, stale_input, insufficient_confidence) with null probabilities — never a fabricated P.
• An unresolvable event is never a false prediction: unresolvable ≠ not.
• Every response carries the §I honesty meta: state, probabilities, confidence, freshness, horizon, data_sources, methodology_version.
